Crystal bugger, now I have only caught one on a fly so my opinion may be somewhat biased

Tandem Globug eggs. About 8-12 inches apart always works. I've also used a globug single egg on top then used a real egg on the bottom. The drift is the ticket!

I've caught fish on two things so far this year cleos and marabou jigs . Mostly throwing spoons off the wall , nothing is fun with ankle deep water . Fish are legit getting chased in the streams thus far. But that said anything flashy when the waters low

emerald shiner streamers, wooly buggers, followed by drifting with a miracle nymph (look it up, easy yet deadly tie), especially for pressured fish.

This one? http://www.intheriffle.co...y-tying/miracle-nymph/
Yes that one. Only difference, learned to tie it by covering the hook in black thread, and then wrapping white floss over it in order to create a silvery look when it gets wet. http://www.post-gazette.c...k/stories/200712160190

Do you use the miracle nymph as a dropper behind the above flys stated?

I like to fish it in a tandem rig, with a brightly colored glo bug that you can see under water on top, the egg serves as both a fly and an indicator.

Glow bugs work Great, I always use them in a tandem rig most of the time but I do put in as part of the tandem rig is what we call a cyrstal meth fly, always the second fly in the rig, 16-18 inches from the bottom fly ( glo bug)". Drift and water speed dictates where we fish this.

Usually size 16-18, gets a bit tough to tie much smaller than that.
