parking for nite fishing the niagara

I saw videos where guys where night fishing the whirlpool area. my buddy read that the park area for parking closes at dusk.  does anybody know where to park to do some night fish around that area or any parts of the Niagara. thanks

    http://www.dec.ny.gov/docs/fish_marine_pdf/lowerniariver.pdf.  Then check the NYS Parks site for hours.

    Locate how you want to access the gorge, then park as close as you can.
