Raystown Lake

Planning on fishing Raystown later on this week for a few days. Is fishing from the shore good? What should I use?

Its good if you know where to go. You want to get into deeper water. Lots of spots near the 994 bridge. Its about 70' under the bridge. Live bait. The local shops have lots of options. I never have done it but I see guys fishing while we are out boating.

its 45' under 995 bridge...lots of crappie hang around the pillars now good spot...hard to fish from shore...hit 7 points marina at night all night...fish the docks...well lit and nobody there to **** that you shouldn't fish there...that place is loaded with fish but the boat dockers have the final say so so tread lightly
