fish for free day

To-day is a fish for free day in Pa.   Where is the interest? Nothing on any site encouraging participation,yet there are still those that say the PF&BC is not doing anything. We must learn to help ourselves. I personally think that we will never have the numbers of Hunters or Fishermen that we had before because of a lot of reasons & I don't think that the cost of a license is one of them. I have seen guys run up a $30 beer tab while trying to explain why they can't afford a $5  license hike.  sam
