Higbee laminated stream map of Pennsylvania.

I bought a laminated Higbee map that shows all streams and waterways in Pa.  I found this still in the shipping tube at an estate sale.  Paid for it and got it home and opened it up and found there were 2 maps inside the tube. I planned on putting it on ebay but thought I would post it here first.
 
I'm not sure what the current price of them is but the paper that came with the maps says the laminated one cost $39.95 when the last person bought it.  Any one interested in it for $20 shipped to you?  I do not have an extra stream locator paper that comes with the map as there was only one with the maps.
