Deer Lakes Park

I was wondering if anyone has been fishing at Deer Lakes Park lately ?

    Fished the top part of the bottom most lake Sunday with the Grandkids.  They caught some nice little bluegills. I think some guys were fishing for trout off the dam. Pretty lake. Amzaing how fast it clogs up with green scum and weeds.

    The lakes weren't always clogged up with algae and weeds.  This started when we got a resident population of geese in the 1990's.  Remember that the next time there are geese on the road.
