SE PA SLAM

8 hours, 1 river, 1 lake. 27 lb striper, 36" musky, 11 lb channel cat. Thought it was an interesting combination.

Awesome day and great fish. Not to take anything away from it but its a
    Misleading thread though.

Slam is 4. You experienced a hat trick, trifecta or trio unless you left off another amazing fish.

Fishing is one jerk waiting for another on the other end.

He ain't even got no hat so a hat trick is even a far stretch.

His torso, head and arms seem to be levitating as well.

Kick butt outing.  I told my buddies that we were going to be passing over all of the decent fish, half way to Dewey.  Boats were packed in the Chesapeake, so assume they were there and the Deleware Bay/River.  Unable to bump it out a few weeks.  I was able to pick up a few of your first fish's babies...

A 60 lb plus striper was caught last week in the Delaware. Pics are all over the place. It honestly looks like 70 lbs. Has to be released so no record but its broken every year in the spring. I netted a 51 lb fish for my friend in 2011. The last 3/4 years ive only fished one weekend of the spring run and ive had a 31,30, and 27 lb fish. A sturgeon researcher in the Delaware bay a few weeks back had a 68 lb striper in his net.

Delaware Bay black drum in a few weeks for me. Where a 50 lb fish isn't even big.
