I'm fishing Yellow Creek for the first time on this coming Friday.  Any pointers?  Is this a good lake for crappie?

Im heading to yellow creek this weekend & renting a boat for a day.

Read some stuff on the PFBC biologist report about spots to hit for bass, and it said theres some good walleye in there.

Are there enough walleye that its worth the effort to troll super deep? Or should i just focus on bass.

Bonus question, 1st day there im looking to do a little shore fishing, any1 know a decent spot for that?

    Thanks

Anybody been out on Yellow Creek Lake lately? Heading there tomorrow morning. How thick is the ice?

JrSr I was out today and the ice was 6-7 inches of clear with another 2-3 white frozen. The top had 5-6" frozen slush but you tend to break through so walking and dragging was not easy. Tried to stay on paths that were beaten down and that helped a little.  Lou

Took a ride to Yellow Creek Lake this evening. Not a single fisherman on the lake in the boy scout camp area. The shoreline is disintegrating fast.
