No steel head stocking projected in 2015 and 2016

I head from an inside person that works at the Fish Commission hatchery that the FC will not be stocking steel head the next couple year due to budget restrictions, they might possibly not ever stock steel head again.
 
Has any one else heard this? Chime in if you have as its kinda big for this areas fishery

    The tribs will still be insanely crowded with 50 people fishing over the two wild steelhead that happen to make it into the Manchester hole...

    the rumor i heard was that the fish commission was going to stock oil creek with asian carp so they could study them close hand and find ways to eradicate them......
