Neville island/Ohio River

I am looking for places to fish Ohio River.  I do not have a boat so shore fishing it is for me.  I only know of the Kilbuck boat launch.  I read online Neville island is a good place but I have no idea where to go.  I try looking on satellite maps and I cannot figure out where I can park.  I am afraid to park at a business and they get mad and ask me to leave or tow my car.  Can I park at the RMU Sports complex and fish the bottom point?  Anybody have places they go or park without trouble?

    Go across the bridge next to rmu sports center. Make a right, then the next right towards the railroad tracks. The mouth of montour creek is there.

    Also under the 79 bridge is another spot. Depending on water level and vehicle can actually drive right to the river.

    The above spots are both good...not sure what day your looking to go but I'm just up the road and can show ya around

    Wallie, Bass, Drum.  I'm just not looking for catfish or carp. 
     
    I saw on Google maps that there looks like their is a public boat launch new the Deer Creek tributary.  Anybody fish there.
     
    I saw on another forum that people have gotten threatened or kicked out around Montour because it is railroad property.  I don't want any problems so I read that and I feel like don't go to Montour or under the 79 bridge.

    I just noticed by above posting:  I was looking at the Allegheny river and noticed a public boat launch new the Deer Creek tributary by hamerville.  Since I live in the north hills I can hit 79 south or take the turnpike east to Harmer.
