High Point Lake (new to ice fishing)

Hi,
My name is Matt and I'm new to ice fishing. I live real close High Point and went out for the first time Saturday with my son and a few friends. It was the first time for all of us. I think we did fairly well, we got 9 pike & pickerel, 1 bass and 1 crappie. We didn't use tip ups, we just jigged. I have a lot of questions about ice fishing. When I see the posts for Deep Creek, is that in Maryland? I live fairly close to that and have my Maryland licensee. Is anyone one this site around the same area? I would like to pick some ones brain about technique and what lures to use and when to use them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
