undisclosed pond bass

Went out today for an hour or so to fave pond in westmorland county 8 inches of ice caught two 14 inch bass and lost one around 19 inches was too big for my hole. All on walleye curly tail grubs work them like I was just fishin like I was with no ice on a 1/4 ounce jighead only fished like 45 minutes sucks not having a auger but a framing hammer is ur best friend. Anyone ever use regular bass fare during ice fishing? Seems to work good anyone ever heard of guys using those gulp alive minnows tthrough the ice?

Nope, just jigging spoons and shiners on tip ups or rods with slip floats.  What do you consider regular bass fare ? Hard to fish a top water or spinner bait through the ice ? LOL......
Guys do get perch and crappie on small gulps through the ice, never tried them for bass.
