Lake Arthur

Fished Lake Arthur today 1/17 from 7:00am to noon.  Fished off second boat launch up Muddy Creek finger near the railroad grade.  Had 22 flags on tip ups.  Caught 4 northern pike largest 22",  caught 7 bass 3 were legal largest was 18" and caught 1 crappie on a tip up 14" long.  Ice was 6" thick.  Had a great day!!!!!!!!

    Thanks for the report.  I was wondering about the conditions on Arthur.

    I was there today late afternoon. Only 2 shantys out there. One across the other side and one a lil down from the launch. Drilled a hole about 50 yards out from the launch and got about 4.5" of ice. Not black ice either. The ice was busy pinging and cracking noise. Got off it, didn't like it!

    it was making ice thats what all the noise was, buddy of mine was there yesterday 6 inches of ice

    Im guessing that the ice is good all over the lake now....anybody doing well?
