Leetsdale industrial park towing??

Just came back to try out fishing here again and it appears there are new signs for towing posted. Is that enforced on weekends? If so any idea where to park now?

    Never been there, but it looks like there's a boat launch just downstream you could probably park at.

    Well I took a gamble and my car wasn't towed, others parked at the typical spot as well so I have my doubts they tow on weekends. From what I understand the added restriction is a result of people trying to drive down through the parking lot and off-road all the way to the river edge along with littering. Goes to show a privilege can be ruined by those who spoil it. Luckily they weren't looking to enforce today

    No combination of 4 letter words can describe how awful fishing was today. Tried Montgomery and Leetsdale both today. Started at Montgomery and the water was still up too high for my go to spot, too strong for the second choice and at leetsdale the combo of murky water and debris in the water made for a crappy day. Caught one mud puppy and got a few bites but nothing repeatable. Hopefully another week will settle the water clarity and levels.
