Interesting site

I put the first link up about a week or so ago. It was in the thread to net or not. I've watched some good fish wasted this year, particularly a big brown. I stood there with my net and asked the guy if he wanted me to net it and he said no he preferred to beach it. It bounced around for a minute before he even took pics, then video. A F'in floater for sure. And this was in the fly zone. He was so proud it weakly finned away after a minute.  This **** will go on forever. I use to give trout a sharp rap on the head with the handle of my jackknife. Dead they were. Back when I was a teenager and traded trout for cigarettes to the owner of the general store. I don't need F'in scintists to tell me trout have thinly covered skulls.  It's a net, and the silly glove for me.  Tailing a steelhead in thigh deep water is also ridiculous- it's gotta be half dead before you can control it enough to grab the leader, then tail it.
I've looked at that blog many times,  it gets linked to a lot on the fly fishing forums.
