I had a honey hole for them. I haven't been there in over 10 years though.

I went to get some today (about 4 hours ago, or 2pm) they seem to have disappeared! This particular creek had oodles of them (its on private property and I'd feed them to keep them plump...and hooked on my bait). When I'd feed them it was like mini sharks swarming. Big ones as well, but NADA today!!! Must'a moved back into the river???

I check a spot today that had turned up nothing before but caught a few this time. Didn't really see too many though. Creeks are way too low

I agree those big creek chubs are a hoot on micro light tackle and especially in a trout stream where you don't know if it's trout or a stockie sized chub but I think I have been catching a few fallfish though too. I'm thinking the prize will be a pack of ten random flies I will tie I haven't decided when it will take place I think it will be a week long event and kinda like three rivers cat fish. You must be in the picture with your catch using a thumbs up and a clear view of a ruler and I'm taking it down to the one longest fish and rod and reel with your chub is also to be present no traps aloud

Caught a big one today but didn't get and official weight or length on it.  pretty sure it would have beaten the current state record though.

Fallfish in sw pa? I didn't know they were around here? They get to like 16" don't they? Now that's flathead bait.
