Keystone Power Dam hp limit

Doe's anyone know if a request has ever been made to the power company about increasing the hp limit to 20 like the state lakes. I used to enjoy fishing the lake from time to time but bought a new 20hp several years ago not realizing the lake didn't change from 10hp. Maybe some one could supply me with some contact info that I could use to make a request.
 Thanks in advance.

Malkol,  I recently talked to the new Waterways Patrolman from Indiana County and he said he has inquired several times but it seems to fall on deaf ears. I was curious because I haven't been able to fish the lake for the last six years when I sold my previous boat with the kicker. I just bought a new 8hp and am anxious to get out there again. As I see it there's no reason for it not to go up like the state parks did. Keystone is actually bigger than Yellow Creek so size shouldn't be an issue. I figure now that I bought the smaller horse power it's due to go up! Lou

Thanks for the info. I might try a direct request to the power company. Sometime they don't like to talk to uniforms and sometime the request might be to the wrong person.
