shenango kayak launch

what's the best place to launch a kayak at shenango?

    I would either launch at Parkers landing.   Paved ramp and you are right next to the 10 hp area of the lake so you are away from skiers and the larger boats.   Or I would Go to Golden run area and paddle towards the upper end of the lake.  Both places have shallow water and the larger boats stay out of there.  Both are large enough that you could spend the morning there and not paddle the whole area.

    Good info but you should also know that those two launch areas aren't patroled very often. Parkers is notorious for car breakins. Glass on the ground there last couple times i used it but that's been a few years now. Those are good areas to kayak fish tho. Good luck.
