Bessemer Sauger???

Anyone have any info or experience with sauger in Bessemer Lake?  According to the Bessemer Lake feature page on the PFBC site it said the lake is/was stocked with sauger, but then I looked at the stocking lists and the last year they stocked them was in 2006.  I only fished the lake a few times in the past and caught a handfull of spunky largemouths, some trout, gills, and crappie.  Just curious about the past sauger program there and how successful it was or wasn't.  Fish stories, etc. are welcome.

Its a tiny pond. I take the kids there once in a while to catch blue gill on corn. A couple of trout and a few baby bass. Thats about all I ever got out of it.

2 years ago we fished it from my canoe using nothing but worms and fatheads, and caught 3 of them during the 2nd weekend of trout season not knowing weather we could keep them or not we put them back, we were in the very back  in a cove we were in 13 ft of water, all 3 were caught on night crawlers

all 3 were probably between 16-18'', i thought they were walleye but being that they put sauger in there im guessing thats what they were
