Minn Kota PD 55 trolling motor with foot pedal and co pilot. Bought in 2005 used little.

2005 Minn Kota PD 55 trolling motor.  Included is the foot pedal, used once, and a co pilot.  The trolling motor is presently on my boat which is stored until middle of March.  Would $300.00 with co pilot be unreasonable?

    It's promised out until I get my boat out of storage. If the party elects not to purchase it I will repost.
