Using found and legally harvested deer bone for scrimshaw

I know there are a few PGC officers who frequent the site and I was hoping one of you could answer a few questions for me. I've recently been carving and polishing deer bone for pendants for gifts to my nieces. Some of their friends fathers wanted to get some made for their daughters. I know PA has some pretty strict regulations regarding sale of any part of a game animal, but I'm still a little unclear.

Here's what I'd like to figure out. Would it be okay to accept monetary compensation to make a scrimshaw carving out of a deer bone harvested and provided by the customer?  Also what are the laws regarding found antler and bone and use in artwork? And one last one, is there any type of program or sign up that would enable access to roadkill antler or bone for use in artistic endeavors?

Thanks for any info.

If you ever get a reply from someone with the game commission please post their answer.  I have been carving and making black powder horns from buffalo horns and selling them but I also have made some powder measures from leg bones of road killed deer.  I would like to sell them along with the horns but have my doubts whether or not that part would be legal.

Could you also post a picture of what you are carving and scrimshawing as it might be something I would like to try.
