    Good stuff Kevin, that's awesome.

The moment of truth. Where all other things unconsciously melt away from our minds the instant a fish takes our fly. We stand there on the water with wide eyes, caught in a battle stance with an idea of confidence and hope

    A little background...
This has been in the works since May
    There was a 1day/2night trip that I couldn't do
Knowing the work that Skip put in with the Erie chapter I wanted to donate (not as a fund raiser/ auction item... but a trip for 2 vets from the local area).  I had some conversations with PHWFF and Headhunters, and figured out that with a bit of fund raising/discounting plus the exisitng trip, we could make it into a 4day/5night everything covered trip.

There were 50+ guys from all over the contry (even canada) that made this happen with $$$ donations (some on this forum as well)

Headhunters is waving outfitters fees and giving discounted rates for lodging and fishing
PHWFF organization is doing an amazing job for gettting the guys there

2 heros will have a chance of a lifetime to float one of the best dry fly rivers, with the best guides for 4days/5nights.

Can't wait to see the pictures and hear the stories

Kudos to all that made this happen, and extras to KJH for getting the ball rolling and keeping it going!  This will make a world of difference to some very deserving folks and seeing it happen may inspire others to 'think outsie the box' in regards to what all they can do to help.
    Incredible job guys!

kjh won't say it here, but I will.  He raised $2,035 in cash on the Drake + donated a fishing trip that he could have taken himself.

Not bad for a "know-it-all jerk" and a bunch of degenerates with a bad reputation over on the Drake.
