Thank you everyone....tough day for sure. He is resting in peace now. The pain is gone. 45 is too young. It is great to have friends such as you. It does the heart good.

PM sent. You have my deepest sympathy and empathy John. If you've ever suffered a loss before in your life, you already know that days will wax and wane with your emotions changing on a daily basis and at times even within the same day. Some days are better than others and while you progress through the Stages of Loss, on some days you'll revert back to a previous stage as something will "set off the trigger", a smell, vision, memory.... . That got more wordy than what I intended. Sorry about that, it was the nurse in me coming out. Know that there are many that have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
