Kinzua Storage Pool

During my venturing across the web. i have run into posts that pertain to fishing at the kinzua storage pool.
I find this rediculous. The pool is on top of the mountain and i would assume fluctuating in level. But if anyone would even attempt
fishing it, i feel it would or could be disastrous. It cant be legal , isnt it fenced in.

    crazy!  I am sure its illegal,  fenced in and poor fishing.
     
    of course, some people will try anything.
