    I have been wanting to tie some of those but I've never heard of anyone catching steel on those specifically.Seems like they would work.Let me know how you did with them.Thanks!

    You need to put a snell on that hook and maybe tie the egg in about 4 inches up the snell. I hear that works really well for steelheads.

    Nah I was going to fish them 2-4 inches above the size two treble.

    They look good. Instead of tying mine together with thread I heat them up with a lighter and stick them together, Then I just heat up the hook and push it into the glob.
    But they fall off once in a while like that. yours look a little more secure
