Anyone out there use cable restraints? Couple Q's

I finally took my cable restraint class on last saturday and where i normally buy alot of my trapping equipment they don't seem to sell the cable restraints.. was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of a website where i could buy them. Also, Do you guys spray paint yours after you boil them? Our teacher's name was Griffon he was in the Trappers Hall of Fame. It was a great class very good teachers. Ed

    Also, should I look into getting snares? We didnt learn much about the snares... What are the pro's/con's

    Snareone and Minnesota trappers supply or f an t may have up I wana take the class as well I tryed snarein a bev to no avail hopefully this year

    The trap was alot of information very good teachers as well. Can't wait until Dec 26th!

    Need to shoot Akitadog a PM.I dont think he's seen this thread. He's an advid snare trapper and knows his stuff, especially with PA snare laws.

    hey bloody. i still gotto get u 6 more. i talked to eman. hes a buddy of mine. im gonna hook him up. did u find a cable class yet? im gonna start building some more cables in a week or so. i just hope we get a good winter this year. a good winter helps alot with cabling some yotes.

    The PA Trappers Association District III is having a mini rendezvous on Sunday October 7 at the Washington County Fair Grounds.  There will be seminars as well as vendors with cable restaints and other supplies.

    It is open to the public, but you can join.  The seminars and education aspects are well worth the membership.
