I cant seem to find it

Used to have them at all the post offices. I'd pick up a copy when I got my duck stamp. Not the case this year, not in Union City anyway (try the bigger ones in Erie). Said they didn't have them this year. I just did a search, "federal waterfowl regs 2012" and printed them up myself. Also had them at the Ridge Center on Presque Isle and also got a copy there when I signed up for a blind. Woo-hoo, finally got one this year, and a great pick to boot!

the game commish said they are trying tosave money so they are not printing the regs this year, you can down load them off their web site in a pdf file and save or print
