(Not a bump) But I have a Sebile Koolie Minnow and it works great for Eyes and Bass (Smallies/Stripers) It's the jerkbait version. Sebile makes good quality products.  So I wouldn't see the price being a big issue. When it comes to jerkbaits/swimbaits you get what you pay for I've come to realize this.  I have quite a few X-Raps and I also have a box full of LC Pointers 68-100 and lemme tell you... The Pointers are in a totally different class above the X-Raps even though they are both jerk/slash baits. Let me know how it works for you I was considering grabbing one to check it out but since you have one I'll wait for your review.

I used the magic swimmer for a bit on sunday. Maybe 30-40 casts to submerged, shallow structure. I use it like a wake bait/shallow swimmer.
Great action in the water, but i didnt get a fish on it. Still have high hopes for it though. I didnt catch a single fish around wood all day. But i did catch a 30" pike and a few nice smallies on a crankbait in the riffles. So i think when pike start relating to structure more, the sebile could produce.

The coolie minnow looks good too.

I love my Coolie, super sharp hooks as well as an amazing swimming action.
