Walnut creek guage

Finally see the creek guage is on the rise.Won't last long with the no rain we had lately.

    OK Flow is way up.  Temperature of the ougoing water is wayy down.  And it's raining buckets so the creek is mostly unwadeable.  Good time for a kayak.  Want to see em going over the falls on Walnut.

    I'm gonna check the eastside creeks after lunch. 
     
    We saw surface feeding steelhead off 20 mile last time we went out perching. It was in 50+ fow, but they were on top. If it doesn't happen this time, next good storm will probably do it.

    temp isnt very low

    trees suked up da water
    silt washed down
    butt
    lake 2 ruff 2 let it out
    = filled in holes N channal
    wouldnt want 2 be the 1st 2 lauch this week



     
    Well the creek is at a fishable level--if you want to fish in silt and summer creek "debris"
    The lake is pounding pretty hard, as you said.  Already they were lining up on Manchester Hole.  It would be nice for some fish to show up.
