whats the lake looken like for the weekend?

im not sure but it looks to me like the lake is gonna be rocken alittle this weekend. im from 3 hours south and like to do some perchen any chance i get. do younz think its gonna be alittle rough?

    calling for some pretty rough weather sat and sunday.  Just gonna have to watch the forecast to see if any changes will be made over the next couple of days.

    Akita, this is from the national weather service marine point forecast. friday may be doable. SSE winds 8-11 knots(9-13 mph) turning SSW in the p.m. Waves 1 ft. or less.(really don't like their wave forecast, went out when they were calling for minimal wave action only to find 2 to 3 ft. rollers). Saturday and Sunday looks bad with rain possibility, winds up to 17 mph and 3 to 4 footers both days. Gonna get out tomorrow and Friday. Gonna stay home Sat. and Sun.

    The link that Rough House posted is the most accurate that I've found.  NOAA always seems to underestimate the wave height...sometimes by A LOT.

    Hey BH, even though i got a new perscription of antiverts (perscription motion sickness pills) i think ill steer clear of the waves. I mite still ride up to do some work on the camp. When i go up and its nice i dont ever get the work done, to much feeshen goen on. Ill let u know if i head up.

    looks like Monday will be earliest for me to get out cause of wind & waves. Did well this morning until rain hit. Then turned into a perch troll than walleye. Packed up & soaked up all the rain droplets back into Walnut. Course stopped raining 2 hours later for the rest of the day..
