Cross Creek

Went to Cross Creek Sunday 7/29, first trip since May. Caught 21 LM, 6 keepers. All keepers were caught in 10 to 15 ft. of water. Will try to post pics of my best 2. A 3 1/2 pounder with a 5lb. head lol. Had them chasing flukes but they wouldn't eat it. Switched to a shakey head with a 4 inch worm, and tubes and caught'em deep.

    Hey Pete - could have used you out there on the 22nd, fished the tourney out there - managed 5th place, but couldn't get any sort of pattern at all going.

    Eric, after slamming the weed edges catching dinks, decided to try deeper water. Paid off. We'll have to get out. Work 4-12 next week, let me know if you can get out one morning, we'll give it a shot.
