Smallie Fishing Port Clinton Area

Have a Walleye charter on the 4th, taking the bassboat up on the 3rd. Figured I'd launch at Sandusky. Any info of where to target the smallies would be greatly appreciated.

    maybe around the islands...or try posting on a Ohio forum..not sure if you will many answers on here..as its mostly focused on Erie, PA section of water

    There are "reefs" off of the beach at East Harbor State park that my dad & I did well off of...that was in the 90's...probably a good guess that things havent changed.  If I remember correctly the depth went from i'm guessing 20 f.o.w. up to 10 or 12 f.o.w. Get yourself a good bottom map of the area and go from there.  I have a good one that dad bought - not sure where he got it from.
