? for you charter captains

i was always wondering how one becomes a lake erie charter captain? i know there is a ton of them and by no means am i thinking of becoming one but just got to thinking about it today and was just wondering.

    pick up the forms from homeland secur / coast guard /drug screen / back ground from fbi /cpr training / have no felliony on file or any other infraction such as domestic violance /assult or drug charge /and yes the insurance well pending on your experience will determin the cost  its alot of red tape its a little quicker to be a guid and cheaper
