Yough Conditions?

Hi all, I am planning on fishing for bass on the Yough in the vicinity of Cedar Creek Park tomorrow with my son.  I was just wondering if it was too muddy, or too high to fish after all this rain.  I looked at the gauge, but I don't have enough experience on the river to correlate that to real conditions.  Thanks in advance...

I fished the Youghiogheny at Smithton which is a little higher up than Cedar Creek this morning.  The water was up and brown.  Approximately 1 foot visibility.  Mon River looked pretty good today.
    Good luck.

I got about 3" of water in my pool. Might not be up too high but I'm sure it will be stained.
