12' Aluminum & 2 Motors

I'v decided to sell my 12 foot 1973 Eldocraft aluminum fishing boat. The only reason I'm selling is because I bought a bigger boat and won't use this one very often. It is a deep-V with two swivel seats front and rear and a bench seat in the center.
Boat comes with...
A mid 80's model  2HP Evinrude motor that is like new. Motor has fuel tank contained in the top. (Absolutly nothing wrong with this motor starts first or second pull everytime, and it looks like it just came out of the box)
A 30 LB Thrust Min-Kota transom mount trolling motor
2 Ores
2 orange life jackets
2 Anchors
The boat is 39 years old & has some dings and scratches but it works great! I go about 265-270lbs and  my 200LB friend and I could fish all day in this boat with all our gear with no problem. I know the 2HP doesn't sound like much, and no you won't be doing any skiing with it, but it would push this boat just fine, and 1 Gallon of gas would last most of the day.
There is no trailer, but this boat fits into the back of a pick-up just fine, and is easy to load and unload even by myself. This is a great boat for a small body of water, and with the deep-V even handles the bigger lakes well.
I'm asking $650.00 or best offer. I don't want to sell boat and motors seperatly. I will considder a partial trade for a power Ice Auger in excellent condition. (I'm open to offers, but I know this boat along with the motors and other stuff is worth what I'm asking, so please no low ball offers. Not at this point. If I can't sell the boat and motors together I might consider selling just the 2HP since I have another bigger motor to use with the boat if I'm unable to sell it. But right now I'd rather not do that.

Ok. The 2hp is the one I'd be really interested in.

I have received an offer for just the trolling motor and the 2 HP at a over $450.00, so unless someone wants to make a better offer I'm planning on accepting.
I did not want to split motors and boat up, but feel like I can't turn down this offer.
I'll let youall know if something changes. And what the price of the boat without the motors is going to be.

"take the $ and run" ...that's what I thought too KJH, but apparently the gentleman making the offer reconsidered because I haven't heard back from him. 
The Boat and both Motors are still for sale!
For the inconvenience I'll drop the price from $650.00 O.B.O to $550.00 firm. I still would rather not sperate the boat and motors if I don't absolutely have to.
