Mosquito Lake

Can anyone give any advise on fishing Moquito Lake, Pymy is so low I'm worried about getting the baot in and out. I would like to fish Mosuito but have never had the chance. I was thinking of trolling some worm harness' and maybe some tots? Any experience for the new guy?
