i fished it a few weeks ago in the west hickory area only managed 1 follow from a musky on a j-13 firetiger, no walleye and between 45-60 smallmouth with majority of them coming off a rebel crawdad, i wouldnt fish that river without having 4 or 5 of them. alot of fish were small with a few 4.5-5.5 lb fish, next bait of choice was a 1/4 ounce green lead head with white power bait grub with curly tail. I hope this helps

1/4 its bigger and i think its keeps the littler ones away
