Lock 9 on the Allegheney River

Anyone on here fish Lock 9 on the Allegheney by Rimer? It's a long shot, but it's worth a shot.

    I trolled around the lock for 4 hours on Saturday without a single hit. I didn't see anyone else catching anything either. It has to be full of fish. I guess I just need to figure them out.
