Fished it a couple weeks ago.  Caught a few eyes in that size range, a decent bluegill, and a bullhead.

Not to start an argument(although it probably will) I saw a guy get a decent musky out of there, and I thought he was gonna keep it because of the way he handled it(flopped around on the cement for a good 5 minutes, used gloves(yeah, that helps keep the slime on the fish) and kept it out of the water forever), but he ended up releasing it and it swam away very slowly with tons of marks on it.  People need to learn how to handle fish if they plan on releasing it.  Oh and the people who wondered if every walleye I caught was 15in.  They litterally asked me every time I caught a fish if it was a keeper.  Yeah, I like to keep one or two occasionally, but that drove me crazy.  I'm turned off of that place for a while.

Yeah, I've had the rock throwers by me also(not there, but other places)

How high was the water?  The times I fished it this spring it was pretty much sight fishing except for the faster water at the wall.  I was able to see a bunch of small walleyes, a musky or two, some big suckers, panfish, etc.

That would drive me nutz asking me if there legal and on the other note that really makes me upset bout the muskey I think people just dont care sometimes wich is bull thats your responsibility as a fisherman to realise the fish unharmed people dont realize a big muskie is an old fish they dont het big by being abused thats Wat makes you a fisherman or an angler IMO

I'd rather be lucky then good, but im to good to be lucky
