Lowrance HDS7 and Structure Scan LSS1

Hey guys, just installed the above mentioned Lowrance Parts on my boat late Sunday and haven't even had a chance to get the transducers wet yet!!!
 
The reason for the post is 2 fold:
 
The first reason is to get some feedback / pointers from anybody out there that might have either one or both of these products   AND
 
The second reason is I'm heading up to Presque Isle Bay tomorrow and wanted to know if anybody had any areas they found really cool to see with the Structure Scan.
 
Any input on either questions will be greatly appreciated.
