Fishpond makes a few nice ones, pricey though. I can get you one cheaper if interested, call me.

I had the tomahowk kit from fishpond- http://www.fishpondusa.com/tomahawk-fly-kit.cfm

I have the regal kit bag now- http://regalvise.com/accessories.html

is it just your gear or enough for a few people?
how do you plan to use it? just as carrying to a location?
    plane or car?
are you going to carry a lot of materials? or just for a few patterns?
how much room will you have where you will be tying?
how cool do you want to look?

HAHA  Cool looks don't mean anything to me...  I'll be carrying a lot.....   Usually enough for 8 to 10 guys...  Vises I can carry in a bag I already have  What I need is something compartmentalized enough to keep lots of materials and tools separated and easy to find  not only for me but others as well....

    tupperware

honestly, there are no good options for a TON of stuff
the regal probably carries the most
fishpond is flashy/cool tech, but lacks mass storage

    Skip,
What I use when I travel - (driving) and space is not an issue - I use a large tupperware container in which I have labled plastic zippered file folders that I use to seperate my materials out. In one I have dubbing, another I have hackle, ect. I also use this when I teach tying.  Tools - I keep in a large tackle box I have. It works for me and has served me well.
