Yough Lake

Did a little fishing at the Yough Lake over Memorial Day weekend. I didn't do too well in my limited time but my 6 y/o son caught his first walleye. It was a skinny 12-13 incher. He was a happy boy.
 
On Monday there were schools of decent sized baitfish breaking the surface. Unfortunately they wouldn't come close enough for me to get a cast into them to hopefully find out what was bringing them to the surface.  And of course the one time they came close (by close I mean right beside where the boat was anchored) I was swimming with my 3 year old. Go figure.
