OLD FLY ROD

Hello,  I got all my uncles fishing stuff when he past away several years ago. I was cleaning up the my garage and found a Sport king Model 33 9' fly rod. Says it was from Montgomery Wards. Signed by Tonkin Cane??? It is 4 pieces yet 2 pieces are tip sections. Has some rust on the eyes. Any clue what it's worth? Worth keeping or should I sell it?
....looks like its bamboo too???
Thanks WAGS

    Thanks for the link.
This one still has the Monkey Wards tag on the tube....kinda neat.
    I never really "fly" fished.
Dad and I, when I was 15, used fly rods with the gold salmon egg hooks and live bait for the first day of trout so we could out reach the other fisherman.
Now that was 35 years ago.
Fantastic memories of white's creek in the swimming hole behind the Boy Scout camp.
That water ALWAYS felt like ice cubes flowing over your boots....
    DAM I miss those days............

I know what you mean about memories, I have some old lures from my Grandfather and when he passed on they were given to me and I mounted them in a shadow box and mounted them on the wall.... brings back many memories of the man who taught me to hunt and  fish.
