Poe Valley Lake

Buddy and I fished today from 8 til 12. Weather was rough. Only managed 6 bows a piece. All on flies. No one else fishing! Lots of fish left in there.

    Never fished lake, great place for a kayak. Have been there a couple times after it reopened. State did a beautiful job with the out buildings, parking and beach. Last time I was there came across a couple admiring a dead rattlesnake on the road and it was BIG!!
