I personally would consider 2 rods one ~7' 3 wt and a 8.5-9' 4 wt. Get a reel with a 4 weight line and use it with both rods. Quite honestly, a 6-7 foot rod is not enough for Tionesta and other "large" streams. I would look at Redington, TFO, and St. Croix for great bang for your buck rods. Of course Skip will give you exactly what you want, but that is a bit more expensive.w_w.
If it has fins and gills, I'm there.
