Nah, 1700 cfs at ohiopyle is a bit rough. Last week I was thinking of going on saturday, because the gauge was about 1000cfs at ohipyle. Guess what that went to by saturday morning? Yep, 6500k.

A little high but color was decent at Coulter tonight. Couple feet of visibility....

please keep me posted as to if the yough got ruined from the weekends rain...want to hit W newton or whitest on sunday,...if need be may take the jaunt to the tailrace but wuld rather not....please keep me posted on conditions...

Fished the Yough today in the Connellsville area. Landed fifteen trout and missed a lot more. Rain and thunderstorms right now, tomorrow might be a washout.

I also stopped by west newton...of course same conditions...but did see guys fishing...a few boats and some wading where you could...was told by one guy fishing he neither caught or seen anything caught today but the did stock there today

Hard to tell with the mist on it this AM but it still looked a little high in Sutersville. I couldn't tell color at all. It was stained yesterday afternoon though and flowing good.
