Indian Creek

I would like to try Indian Creek in Fayette County for trout. Whenever I see it, it looks like a great creek. I know some huge trout have come out of there. It's also one of the only creeks around that gets brook, brown and rainbows and also has some wild fish. But I have no idea where to fish it other than that terrible little section behind Sarneli's market. Does anyone know of any other public access? Just a general idea at least, like what town to look in even. It's a real long stream.

Thanks

I'm not real knowledgeable about trout or anything but I used to live in Indian head and I'd fish it by Resh's market by the bridge or go walk a little down through the park. There is a few smaller streams near by, one shoots off by Resh's and gets stocked, not sure what it is called though I never fished it, my neighbor told me about it though. Not sure if you can do this legally( I was a teenager and didn't care, lol) but I'd used to start at that little white gas station, i think it's called Champion Service station or something right off of county line road and work on down roaring run, caught a pretty brook back in the day there. I'd tell you of another good one I know in Normalville but it's kind of on private property and the guy who owns part of it gets kinda crazy about people being on his turf, lol. Like I said I don't know much about trout, there are probably some great holes up there, I haven't fished the streams too much, but that's what i know at least.

I don't eat catfish anymore. One day I caught one, it was the most fun I ever had catching a fish and when i held him, he started talking to me. I respected that fish, and I promised him i wouldn't hurt his kind ever again, but crappies ..well, those are fair game.
