I fished on white cap night and caught 3- all little- less than 15

I would say its about over though with the water temp. Might get about another week.......

ive caught them almost every night i went out. a few nights they were all shorties but fun none the less.

What is the water temp now after the week of cold? And that 58 temp was surface temp so it has to be around 49_52???

Yesterday the north end was 52 degrees and you could not buy a bite.

Biggest last night was 17 1/2 most were right around 16. Had alot of 'bumps' last night too had to be real patient as they seemed to bump it once or twice before they finally took it

Managed 6 keepers and a couple of shorties, north end on Friday. Kept 24 perch with tons of through backs. Got blown off when the thunder storm blew in.

Got skunked saturday night. Couldnt buy a bite no matter what i tried so tonite i went out with a vengance! got 9 in a hour and a half 6 keepers and 3 shorties

Said the same thing Saturday...using the exact same plug as Friday...
and there was a guy there with 3 on the rope using the same plug.
We each got one bite. that was it.
Didn't make it Sunday...played mechanic.

Caught 10 keepers Friday - Saturday night. Rap 11's Chart/Silver, Black/Silver with a touch of glow paint on there bellies.My last trip wading/island hopping.The full moon coming up will be the big push and then it will slow down,been that way for years.Don't catch them all,save a few for ice season(I hope there's ice)Some fish where milking and some where tight,only one female on this trip 25 inches the rest 16 -19 all males,5 or 6 shorties and one 17 inch SM bass.

Every fish ive caught so far has been milking, havnt had a female on the rope yet. And no fear all the shorties we are letting go will be legal by the time ice comes lol
