Looking for a certain type of jig

Does anyone know if anyone makes a small ball head jig suitable for 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch size twister tails and gulp minnies that comes with a bait holder slice to the hook similar to the normal bait holder hooks with the 2 slices on the shank.  I know I have seen larger size bass jigs made that way but can never remember seeing tiny jigs made that way.

I have tried the smallest jigs with the lead that extends behind the ball head but these seem to tear up the baits pretty quickly.

I am currently wrapping a thread base on the hook shank and super gluing the bodies on but was hoping for an easier solution while in the field.

I did look at that site but only saw ball head jigs and jigs with lead collars.  To me the lead collars tear up the really small twisters to much.  I have a bunch of jigs with collars but have been cutting the collars off and using the thread and super glue.
