Spring Steely trolling

Anyone try trolling in the spring for steelhead at the mouths? Is it worth going out?

    Talk to a guy just putting in at PI yesterday says the had caught a couple steelies the other day. Was nice and flat on the bay. Saw about 10 boats out. Who would thing you would be fishing from a boat on the bay in Feb. Also say two guys on paddle boards. Now they are nuts.
